Pirelli Tires Exclusive on Carlsson-Tuned Benzes · 11/01/2006
Pirelli announced yesterday that it has been selected as the exclusive tire manufacturer for Mercedes-Benz automobiles custom-tuned by GGI Carlsson North America, which offers superchargers, aerodynamic kits, and other custom modifications for Mercedes-Benzes. In a statement, GGI Carlsson persident Jorge Latorre called Pirellis “the most distinctive, leading-edge high-performance tires in the world.” To mark the new partnership, the Pirelli booth at SEMA featured two Carlsson-tuned Mercedes sporting 21-inch Pirelli P Zero Nero tires.
